Pricing, seats and trial terms

Choose a plan

Child Care Demand includes unlimited reports and addresses, billed per workspace seat. Each person needs their own access.

• Monthly: AUD $350 + GST per seat per month, or $385 including GST.
• Annual: AUD $1,200 + GST per seat for 12 months, or $1,320 including GST. The annual plan is billed annually, not monthly.

The annual price is $3,000 + GST less per seat than 12 monthly payments. Check the current price and any applicable offer at checkout.

Before starting a trial

Use the Start free trial link on the website. If you have a voucher, enter it in checkout and read the terms displayed after validation. Voucher trials apply to the annual plan and collect a card up front. The applicable trial duration and first charge are shown before you confirm.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the annual charge. Do not assume that creating an account alone activates a trial, or that every offer has the same duration.

Managing your subscription

Workspace admins can open Settings > Billing and seats > Manage billing. Review the billing portal confirmation for the effective date of any change. For a trial, cancel before the first charge if you do not want to continue.
