Run your first report

1. Open Child Care Demand and sign in or follow the trial link.
2. Enter the exact address or centre name and select the correct search result.
3. In a new report, choose the catchment that matches your question. Drive-time options are 5, 10 and 15 minutes. Use the same catchment when comparing sites.
4. Read current supply, demand indicators and development evidence together. Check source dates and confidence notes before relying on a number.
5. Use the findings to identify the next questions for local diligence.

What to look for

For an acquisition, consider existing competition and demand around the centre. For a development, review proposed competing supply and the strength of the source evidence. For expansion, compare locations on a consistent basis.

A report is a screening tool. It does not guarantee occupancy, investment returns or planning approval. Missing evidence should prompt further checks.
